Joe & Yvonne {Engagement}

Loved spending time with this couple on in Toronto a couple of weeks ago. We went to Toronto Island, Kensington Market, and even a hospital parking lot (which we got kicked out of). Haha They are so cute with each other, and super easy to photograph. Can’t wait to photograph their June wedding at Madsen Gardens!

DIY Project | Old Hutch

I found this beauty at Value Village. After what felt like 40 coats of paint, It finally looks presentable! That’s what I get for being lazy with the sanding. Haha.

I took glass out of door, and replaced it with chicken wire.

Looking forward to being able to use my living room again without a ton of paint and sheets.

Graham & Jenna {Wedding Day}

Graham and Jenna were any photographer’s dream bride and groom. These two are so madly in love and it really shows throughout their photos. Jenna’s beautiful dress was definitely one of my favourites! I am a little bit obsessed with the bolero she put over her dress, and I want one to put over some of my dresses:) I met Jenna at a bridal show here in Sarnia. She wasn’t a bride walking through, she had her own booth and I just happened to walk over during set up and introduce myself. She just happened to be newly engaged! Graham  and Jenna’s wedding was beautifully decorated by Village Vines Floral & Event Design. {They did an awesome job!} Their reception was full of laughter, tears of joy, and love. I am so glad to have been able to photograph all the special moments.

House Boating | Lake Cumberland, Kentucky

Houseboating in Lake Cumberland was one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The houseboat we were on was beautiful! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, living room, and top deck. The two little munchkins made sure to keep the week interesting and never boring:)

Get ready for a lot of photos!

Houseboat: State Dock

We brought a lot of food!

Vintage Bike & Marina Engagement Session | Mitch & Cara

From the minute that Mitch and Cara booked their wedding with me, I was so excited to work with them. I have been wanting to incorporate a vintage bike into a session all summer, but was waiting for the perfect couple. Thanks to my Aunt and Uncle for the awesome bike:)  I also loved being able to use Mitch’s sailboat for some photos.

These two weren’t afraid to just relax and have fun with the session.

The location of the session was at the Sarnia Yacht Club, where they also plan to have their wedding in May 2016.
